Cancellation Policy
As an I.Aesthetics client, your scheduled appointment is very important and valued. We understand that schedule adjustments, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances may occur. Therefore, we offer cancellation or modification 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. After that, changes to the appointment will result in a charge.
LATE ARRIVAL:
To ensure all appointments run smoothly, we offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive beyond this window, we recommend rescheduling to ensure you receive the full quality of service you deserve.
REMINDER:
I.Aesthetics want to ensure you have a seamless experience with us. After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email and text to confirm the details. Additionally, we will send a reminder via text and email closer to your appointment date to help you stay on track. If you have any questions or need to make changes, feel free to reach out at any time.
PAYMENT:
To secure your appointment, payment in full is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. Additionally, a card will need to be placed on file for any future appointments or charges. This policy helps ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all clients.
REFUND:
Due to the nature of personalized skincare services and the time and products invested in each appointment, I.Aesthetics does not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss possible solutions, which may include service adjustments or future credits.
PRODUCT REFUND:
All product sales are final. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns about a product before completing your purchase, and we are happy to provide guidance to ensure you select the best option for your needs.
We take your skin health very seriously. If you experience an adverse skin reaction to any of our products, please contact us immediately. While all product purchases are typically final sale, we will evaluate refund requests due to skin reactions on a case-by-case basis. We may ask for details about the reaction and the product usage to ensure we can address your concerns effectively. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS:
Please be advised that same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund. Instead, the payment will be credited toward your rescheduled appointment. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows us to maintain a high level of service and availability.
Same-day cancellations are only offered for unforeseen circumstances, as we understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we encourage providing as much advance notice as possible to avoid disruption.
NO SHOW:
Please note that no-shows significantly impact our ability to provide quality service and accommodate other clients. As such, clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments without prior notice will unfortunately be banned from scheduling future appointments. There will be a 50% fee applied to your card on file.
